Shipping Terms: All freight is shipped freight on board (FOB) our plant in Murrieta, California. In general, all freight is shipped via UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipments that can be consolidated to a pallet size will be shipped via common carrier. Waterstone will accommodate customers preferred shippers. In order to specify a shipper for your units, please call Waterstone customer service at 1-888-304-0660 or 909-304-0520, or include all your specific shipping information on or with your purchase order. Returned Merchandise: All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of the Waterstone warranty. Before any merchandise can be returned, the Waterstone Customer Service Department must issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact the customer service department at 1-888-304-0660 or 909-204-0520. The RGA number must appear on the return packing slip. Upon inspection, Waterstone, at its option will either repair or replace the item if the defect falls under the guidelines of the warranty. New and unused material of current design accepted by the Company for return is subject to a restocking charge of 35%. Warranty: All Waterstone, LLC products carry a LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE against defect in material or workmanship. Waterstone does not, however, guarantee its products against defects due to improper installation, the failure to perform proper maintenance or uses for which they were not designed. Waterstone has no liability for consequential or indirect damages and its only liability is to repair or replace, at its option, any of its products determined by Waterstone to have a manufacturing defect. Products must be returned within one year of purchase. Waterstone shall not pay any repair costs performed on its products by other than its authorized representatives unless Waterstone has given prior written approval to incur costs on its behalf. The rate of deterioration of finishes will vary either from exposure to chemicals, perspiration, climate conditions, or other factors. Tarnishing or excessive wear of finishes is therefore, not a defect, but a normal process which is unavoidable. Under these circumstances, finishes can not be guaranteed and, therefore, products will not be repaired or replaced under warranty for normal tarnishing or wear finishes. |
Payment: Our standard terms of sale are net 30 days with application and approval of credit prior to shipment. Any shipment made prior to credit approval will be made case on delivery (COD), freight collect. A credit application is included in our product book, or can be obtained by calling Waterstone Customer Service at 1-888-304-0660 or faxing us at 909-304-0525. Waterstone shall have the option to charge 1 1/2% interest on all past due accounts monthly. In the event of legal action to collect any past due accounts, the buyer shall be responsible for all attorney collections fees, court costs or other fees reasonable and proper for such collection. Minimum Order: Order minimum of $50.00 on open account credit. Cancellation: The purchaser may cancel his order only upon written notice and payment of reasonable and proper cancellation charges which will take into account expenses and commitments already made and shall indemnify the Company against loss. Waterstone reserves the right to manufacture ahead of the shipping schedule when it is deemed necessary, and such advance in manufacturing shall not void the Buyer's responsibility for cancellation or alteration. Default: If a customer is in default under any order of contract with Waterstone, or if Waterstone at any time shall not be satisfied with its customer's financial condition or responsibility, Waterstone shall have the right, without prejudice, to legal remedy including suspending deliveries until such default such default or condition is remedied. Title: All merchandise is sold subject to these conditions and shall remain the property of Waterstone until paid for in full, with the provision that all risk of loss or damage to merchandise is assumed by the customer. 1-888-304-0660 Waterstone
